Abstract

In order to achieve the development of rural areas, knowing the future situation and planning based on it for managing the village and achieving the goals seems necessary. In this research, we have analyzed the indicators emphasized by experts in the rural areas of Kerman province using the qualitative method and scenario writing using the Scenario Wizard software. Here, the community under study is rural areas and the sample under study is Kerman province. The results showed that the table of scenarios was measured in three different compatibility states and the outputs show that the descriptors will not have favorable conditions in most scenarios and with the continuation of the current trend, many basic indicators such as paying attention to the social, economic and cultural identity of the villages will be ignored. It can be stated that: if we want to develop the rural areas of Kerman province, we should pay attention to the economic aspects, the great influence of the environment, the independent identity of the village and the different role of the government in the programs.
